Management
The school’s management has come to occupy in a very short period, a prestigious position in the field of education in the state on account of its vision and devotion towards the collective future of Sanskardham and a comprehensive academic environment. The management and administration aims at individual development on all levels. Students receive personal care and attention as each class is strategically divided into strengths of just 35-40 children. Faculty and staff members are constantly interacted with and talks are held at length through which the management is able to personally assess and chart out yearly objectives. Every aspect of the school is carefully scrutinized and through co-operation and meaningful dialogue any sort of hindrance or obstacle is removed strategically. Merging traditional values with new age techniques and technological resources enables the school to be up-to-date and in sync with the competitive education scenario and this enables it to be on par with an ever changing world.
Curriculum updates and yearly responsibilities are assigned through planning, training and motivation. Whether it is allocation of sufficient resources, establishing an alternative structure, assigning specific tasks, ensuring high levels of efficiency or integrating the curriculum with contemporary courses, the management constantly monitors results and is thus creating benchmarks everyday.
